OME not updating anything to APEX AIOps
We have 2 Unity SAN's updating to Dell APEX AIOps. I have set up OME to collect the data for Servers and Switches. But the information is not updating to AIOps. I checked Firewall and it is reaching out, without drops. APEX AIOps Observability Plug in is installed and says it is working (set up 2 weeks ago), and Devices are managed. Anything else I can check?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Which version of OME are you using? Is the data forwarding service running? Page 21 Set-up,-manage,-and-troubleshoot-OpenManage-Enterprise-CloudIQ-Plugin should be the same steps for AIOps.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

@DELL-Josh Cr
We are on OME 4.3.2.
I had gone through the troubleshooting on the connectivity, and even disabled the services and ran through them again.

You may want to try using wireshark to see if it is actually receiving it.

It's a deployed esxi, so not easy to capture. I asked our network team, and they can see the traffic from the on-prem server out through our Firewall.

I am seeing the same thing. All of our systems were in APEX and our team was receiving alerts, now Apex says 'there are no monitored systems'. I have removed the plugin, and cleared the Dell Connectivity Configuration then started from scatch. Nothing makes it to APEX. OME shows the Managed Groups in the plugin as good heath, good power and connected.
OME 4.4.0 (Build 75)
APEX AIOps Observability plugin 2.4.06

@DELL-Young E I have been unable to DM the service tags. Is there another link?

we have checked your tags and it looks like your system is still in warranty. It is best that you raise an official case to provide proper info and troubleshoot on the spot.

@DELL-Young E
Do I log a call with Dell support, or is there a separate one for OME?
