OME 4 appliance update failed
I'm using OME 4 appliance on VMware and during the update something went wrong. After several hours and reboot I've check the database service is not started. How can I fix this? I haven't found nothing regarding how to connect to appliance via ssh or similar

MateMaxXX,
Would you do me a favor and clarify what specific version you are currently at, as well as what version you are trying to update to? Also, would you clarify what specific error you are seeing?
Now if you are trying to update to 4.4 then what I recommend is that you restore snapshot, then restart OpenManage Enterprise before trying updating to version 4.4.0., as there are issues with the docker rules that are messing with the upgrade and a reboot of the appliance before updating will prevent it from occurring.
The next release should have a fix, but I am not aware of when that update may drop.
Let me know if this helps.

@DELL-Chris H I don't remember previous version, but it was the previous version (4.3.2?). The problem (my fault) I didn't take a snapshot before trying to update

You can try restarting the appliance and retrying the update.

@DELL-Chris H the problem is appliance starts but with "Packages installed. System will undergo multiple restarts to complete the upgrade process. Please clear the browser cache before next login." without goes ahead and all services starts but "Database service" remains "inactive"

Do you happen to have an older snapshot to use? If not, then you will likely need to delete and redeploy OpenManage.

@DELL-Chris H I do'nt have any snapshot. I've tried to redeploy OME 4.4 (just downloaded) from scratch and I've same issue. Isn't possible open a SR for OME? I haven't found how and where
