Dell ome 4.5 services never starts HTTP status 500 - internal server error
Hello, i had fresh OME started, with few servers discovered.
I wanted to install plug-ins, but they never got any percentage.
Anyways, then i wanted to activate debug logs in VMRC console.
Restarted services and now getting Errors that:
The cache manager has been shut down. It can no longer be used.
And the services never stop starting. One starts, then another starts starting and keeps on cycling between active and activating. 
No Events found!

Hello,
does VM meets resource requirements? CPU RAM disk space?
And did you check for logs in OME?
Also try to remove or disable any plugin, and restart OME services.

Hello,
yes it does meet requirements.
It has 12 Cores, 64 RAM. More than enough for current ~20 devices.
I cannot access web management overall. When i try, i get the text you see in 2nd screenshot.
No plugins were installed. When i tried it never finished. Tried this with 5 fresh .ovf deploys to vcenter 8. And same output. The page crashes after trying to enable debug logs. When disabling them it doesnt fix.

Are you shure that ports 443 and 8443 are open?
Also try with a different browser. You can also to try to reinstall OME.
