Dell APEX AIOps - New Plugins are they Free?

I am not certain, but I believe it is a paid service, but the plug-in itself doesn't appear to cost anything, as found here.

So if that is the correct plug in, then it is indeed free, but I think the software service may be a paid service. Now you can also reach out to see what specifically is free and paid for through the Apex page here.
