Adding local user to OME 4.3.2 build 49 fails.

Hi!

Trying to add new local user to OME but it fails with error 'An unknown error has occurred. Please try again.'

No matter weather user is administator or Device User. Tested for odd characters username/password.

All excisting users have been added with previous versions. This was first time I tried with latest version of OME.

I think you have a bug!

Any ideas?
