4.3.2 upgrade to 4.4x

I'm not able to upgrade the appliance, no errors, it just doesn't find any updates.  Using online dell.com source.  Troubleshoot, appliance, test appliance connection to  select all sites, comes back good.

I've rebooted, no help.

I changed the download settings to manual and then back to auto, no help.

Downloading the catalog is successful.

Thanks for advice.

UPDATE: As of May 01, 2025, the 4.4.0 upgrade has been removed from the OpenManage Enterprise online update catalog. New deployments of OpenManage Enterprise version 4.4.0 appliance remain available for download on www.dell.com. Version 4.4.1 will be available in second half of May 2025.

Hello,

please try those steps:

Please follow my action plan and keep me informed if it's ok now 
 
 
-Reverse the appliance with a snapshot or backup 
 
-Check if the Disk space is ok , RAM and CPU are 64gb and 8 CPU or minimum 32gb of RAM
 
-Restart again the Appliance 
 
- Click on Update settings and put this URL : https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/
 
-Refresh and try again the Update

I rebooted again and changed the url to : https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/

ran the test and it tested fine.

still does not find any update

No Events found!
