Dell Mobile Connect Continuously "Connecting Please Wait"

Hi,

 

I have recent installed Dell Mobile Connect V.4.1.8330.0 on my Latitude 5520 running Windows 10 Pro.

I have installed the new Dell Mobile Connect IOS app on my iPhone 7 and have successfully connected my iPhone via Bluetooth to my PC.

When connecting the DMC IOS app to the Windows PC app using the QR code, the app registers as connected but the Windows DMC app continuously says "Loading, please wait..." or "Connecting, please wait..."

 

I have reviewed the Iphone DMC app settings to make sure everything has been "allowed".

Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This happened to me, and it took me a long time searching for solutions! Doing the following solved this for me, so it might be worth a try.

First, unpair your devices on the iPhone and PC side. Then, check your Device Manager on the PC. Check if you have an "Other devices" dropdown for any devices with missing drivers. On mine, I had MAP-MAS-IOS and about 3 other stuff. Uninstall all of those. Then start up Dell Mobile Connect again and try to connect your iPhone. Solved my problem.
