Dell Mobile Connect 3.3 Saying Not Compatible with Dell Vostro 3250

My Dell Vostro 3250 was connected and working properly with the Dell Mobile Software 3.3 on my Desktop and also on my iPhone.

Switched the computer on today and now just a spinning loading bar and says not compatible.

Uninstalled it and went to install it in the Microsoft Store and just says redeem code and this app is not compatible on this device and faded out the install button so it cannot be pressed.
