My product review Do-over (Dell 15 DC15255)

I regret the product review I gave when I first received my laptop. How can you give an accurate review within the first week?? It WAS working great ... for about two weeks. Now I wish I can warn people to go ahead and splurge on the Dell Care Premium; I've been chatting with tech support multiple times a week for the past several weeks about issues with several drivers (video, sound, network ... I've lost track). My advice in hindsight: If you are doing critically important, life-saving work, do NOT rely on this product. If you're OK with the challenge of, "You get what you pay for," be prepared for multiple glitches and invest in Dell Care Premium!
