It will only be present if the system has a WWAN card -- optional at purchase. And if it has that, it'll be on a label on the card, or you can look it up under the advanced settings of the system app under Windows.
Well it found in Windows Settings under Network & Internet > Cellular, on a sticker on the laptop’s exterior/under the battery, or on the original packaging of the laptop.
