16 Plus DB16250, feet fell off
I have had my Dell laptop for 108 days and the feet fell off. I have gone through the proper channels and they want to charge me to fix the problem. I have the premium care contract and it states if damage was intentional. I am in my seventies do they really think I would rip the feet off my computer? I paid for the premium care in the event I had problems, but the extra charge for premium care was a waste as I see it. I think this is a design flaw and they want to charge their consumers for their mistake. I had a computer business and repaired computers and I think the case for this computer is a piece of junk to put it mildly. I would like some help to fix this problem.
