16 DC16256, stuck on restart loop
My laptop has been stuck on the self-restart loop. I tried fixing it last night and nothing worked so I thought I’d go to sleep, turned it back on again in the morning and it’s still stuck. I tried powering it off and on again four times and it didn’t work. I tried the Dell SupportAssist with F12, that didn’t work too. I ran thorough diagnostics and it says everything is fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Have any updates been run?
