15 DC15250, two repairs, not fixed

<You replied to a 9 year old XPS 15 9550 thread. You have the 15 DC15250. Started your own thread. DELL-Admin>

It has only been three weeks since I bought this laptop. Dell on-site service has already tried to repair it twice, but my issue is still not resolved. I bought a brand-new laptop, not to keep repairing it and using it like this. Therefore, please resolve this issue for me. ​Furthermore, I have absolutely no confidence in this laptop now. I bought it for my studies, but I haven't been able to use it properly since the day I bought it. Because of this issue, after they dismantled and repaired the laptop, one side of the touchpad has gone inside (sunk in). ​Please do justice to me regarding this. I do not agree to dismantle and repair it over and over again. Please resolve this for me.
