15 DC15250 Audio / Video glitching after Windows update

Latest Windows update causes audio/video to glitch randomly - momentary pause and loud buzz sound - particularly noticeable in playback in Musescore application. Have updated audio and video drivers and Musescore software (suggested "critical" BIOS update wouldn't install as would have been a roll back to an earlier version). Uninstalling Windows updates (Windows 11, version 25H2; 2025-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5066131), 2026-03 Security Update (KB5079473) (26100.8037)) gives temporary fix as Windows keeps trying to re-install despite pausing updates and catches me out. Any help appreciated as got this laptop to create music tracks and it's no good.
