14 Plus DB14250, battery charge limit removed, returning for Lenovo

I just bought the Dell 14 Plus DB14250 and was shocked to find that there's no way to set a battery charge limit, something that was available on previous Dell models. The Dell Battery Manager app says it’s not compatible with this device. Why would Dell remove such an essential feature for battery health?

I use my laptop plugged in most of the time, and without the ability to limit charging to 80%, this battery is going to degrade fast. It’s honestly a shame — this should be a basic feature in any laptop. I’m returning this laptop and switching to Lenovo, which still allows battery charge limits. I WONT BE BUYING again unless this is fixed.

Order just because of this function, such a waste of my time. Bring back battery charge limit control for DB14250. This matters to your customers.
