14 Plus 2-in-1 DB04250, not charging
I recently bought a New Dell 14 Plus 2 in 1DB04250, just within 2 months of usage, the laptop stopped charging (it's type-C port). Whenever I connect the Dell Charger ( that I got with the device), the charging LED glows once and stops glowing and a notification pops-up saying the PC isn't charging.
I don't know what to do.
The Laptop has basic Warranty support.

Is the battery near full charge? If it is, most systems won't start charging.
If it's not, call Dell to initiate a warranty repair.

You can check these two aspects:
1. Whether the power supply you're using meets the wattage requirement set in your computer's BIOS.
If it falls below this requirement, the computer may not charge.
2. You can try replacing it with a higher-wattage power supply to see if charging works.
