VxRail Verify Tool

I am attempting to download the VxRail verify too from VxRail: How to run the VxRail Verify tool | Dell UK

When i click on https://central.dell.com/zuul/titan-solutions/download/VxVerify2 i get a connection error. 

I have tested this on 2 connections and get the same result.

Could you please advise?
