Just to clarify so we can dig in, you are referring to the result of the process outlined in this KB, correct?

I am subscribed to the "Dell Technical Updates" e-mail notification service for driver updates. There are serveral problems with this:
Please fix this service. Currently it only functions as a reminder for me to check manually.

HI willemb4u,
We are currently investigating the broken unsubscribe link, and this should be resolved shortly. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.
In respect to the no updated drivers links, we are investigating what we can do to make this better with our current toolset, as well as looking into alternatives that may allow us a better customer experience. With that said, our current toolset, we are trying to strike a balance between communicating what has changed without sending a high volume of emails when we do have small changes on pages due to drivers being added to other devices/platforms. We have a rather quick turn-around to how many updates we provide to drivers for endpoints and entire platforms that sending out email updates for each change would result in quite a few emails that most may not enjoy.
Our current method of providing the locations in where changes have been seen (linking to a specific platform or product page) has been the current decision to ensure that we do not becoming "noise" to customers. I hope that helps clarify why we do not have specific driver changes listed, and as stated before, we are exploring what we can do to become a bit more granular in the future with what we communicate.
