Locked out
I need help unlocking Inspiron 1545 main screen says it's data protected and I don't remember my password. I would like to master reset.... Can someone help me

From your description, it sounds like a hard drive password, or a BIOS password may be set on the device. For the quickest assistance, I would recommend calling into our hardware support queue, which will be able to assist.
