hi

Device is locked. Contact your administrator - this message appear at the Pre-boot Authentication (PBA) screen for Dell Data Protection. I enter the incorrect password at the PBA more than the specified number of times. The hard drive is lock and wath can I do? I put win 10 on another  disk but I want to use my ssd disk (witch is blocked) to put system on it. I have dell precision m6800

Thanks for contacting us through our forums.  If you haven't already I would recommend contacting our dedicated support queue for this issue.  The link below will take you to our global dial in information page with the queue information you can enter to get right to the support team.

Depending on what type of SED came with your M6800 some vendors have tools where we can do a factory reset or when the device was setup there should be a recovery file we can use to remove the PBA and unlock the drive like it was from the factory.
