About multiple Vulnerability on one of Dell's website

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well

actually, I found multiple vulnerabilities on one of dell's websites "https://dell.inquisiteasp.com/" I reported on bug crowd but I don't know why they are not accepting this what should I do now? I also reported it to secure@dell.com but they are not checking mail, now what should I do? how to contact dell because this is harmful for the company's reputation
