Dell ST2210B, MESSAGE. Entering Power Save Mode. How fo I fix this???!!!!

I am trying to hook up a 2 monitor display to my HP hardrive. The first monitor is already hooked up by a hdmi cable to the back of my new video card and the second monitor is hooked up by hdmi from the Dell monitor with a VGA adapter hooked into the back of my pc where the new video card was installed. Can you help?
