Dell Ram Issues

Hello, I've been having some issues with my dell pc. The ram doesn't work with it. it's a DDR3 Ram and it works fine on my other pc (not Dell) but not with this one. It's optiplex 750 or something like that. I'm not techy so i don't know much terms of it. If someone understands it please solve this issue for me.
