Dell Client Foundations 2025 failure to launch (others as well)

Dell Client Foundations 2025 and associated classes will not open.  I have tried 2 computers, 2 ipads, and one Mac air - also 3 different browsers.

All cookies and cache has been cleared.

Any help would be appreciated.
