Need report for Clients and their Retention and Plugin Version

Hi,

I am looking to print a report detailing all our clients, their Retention Policy and Plugin Version.

Is there an existing template report on DPA that I am just not finding?

I am looking for a way to output my Retention Policies and the clients associated with that retention.
