How can i get reports of Data Domain Systems.

Yes DPA can monitor and report on Data Domain.

To elaborate on the earlier answer, DataDomains can provide data via SNMP and through command-line interfaces, with the latter also mimicked in their web-based GUI.

DPA will use both the SNMP interface and now the CLI to gather different pieces of data; you'll need to set up credentials for both, as is documented in the DPA manuals alread cited. At my site, we use both DPA and our own scripts using the CLI over ssh to provide various reports. I don't think either has an advantage over the other; for us, it's simply a matter of what the report author is comfortable with.

How to view this Data Domain report on DPA 5.7 GUI? I want to edit the email DL on this report.

You can use DPA or use DDMC (Data Domain Monitoring center) that EMC has come up recently. It is a virtual appliance  and can be deployed from the Vcenter. We are currently doing a POC of DDMC in our environment.

For reporting and monitoring the data domain ftp server and command lines are very important. you need to enable ftp on the data domain and add the IP address of the FTP server you’re going to use to pull the file.
