DPA Collector Service Keeps On Crashing

One of our backup server with DPA 5.0.1 installed and the DPA collector service keeps on crashing which is causing us not able to collect the data and geberate the report.

Due to soem reason, we are not able to upgrade the DPA version until this coming year end. So we hope we can fix this as soon as we could.
