DPA 6.1: "Policy Used" field blank

Using DPA 6.1 we currently get a report each morning of the backups that failed overnight. A request was made to add a field to the report that would show what policy the failed job was under. After going though the available field options I found one marked "Policy Used" which seems like it would be what I want. However, I added the field to the report, and when I run it, it comes back blank. Any advice on how to get this field to populate?
