Analysis policies custom alerts child and components

I am creating a custom rule template to generate eventlog in Windows dpa application server to generate event in specific conditions. I am facing two issues.

1. I am not able to pass argument to script in dpa run script option. $11 is not getting added in eventlog. How should I specify description in script over Windows server.

2. How I can add child and components in custom rule template.
