Upgrading DD OS to 6.2 from 5.7 or 6.0 with Networker 9.2
I have 2 data domain one with DD OS 5.7 and another with 6.0, I would like to upgrade to latest version 6.2 because both versions are in end of life. I have already tried the precheck and works. Both data domain are used by Networker 9.2.1, after the upgrade to the version DD OS 6.2, will be compatible with it? Where can I find this informations? Thank you your support.

I have found the information here the min version is 6.0 and max is 6.2, so I can upgrade without issue, I hope.

so you were able upgrade directly from 5.7 to 6.2.1.50 without issues?

We weren't able to directly upgrade from 5.7 to 6.2. It passes initial pre-checks. But when trying to apply the upgrade, it then says it fails at the pre-check part of the process. No explanation other than it wasn't compatible. Not sure why, because I got the 6.2 straight from Dell support site for our DD2500. We need to be able to get to latest possible firmware. Assuming we need to go to 6.0 first, then 6.2. Anyone have 6.0, as Dell has removed it from all sources.
