SQL Server database backups failing. 182040:ddbmsqlsv:Cannot process input options. 153886:ddbmsqlsv: Unable to complete the SQL connection

Unable to execute SQL Sever database backups successfully. 

Setup:

Windows Server 2022 Standard

SQL Server 2022 Enterprise 

We are successfully using the product on about 100 or so SQL instances.  Only failing on this new build.
