Password Reset or Factory Reset for DD620
Hi guys,
I forgot the password of our DD620 device. We need to reset its password or reset it to factory reset in order to access to it. The data / backup on the DD620 is not important for us since they were old. We need to reconfigure it for our Disaster site.
Can anyone help about that for us?

halukm,
You can always USB key it (if you don't need the data) or open a support ticket and we can assist you in resetting the sysadmin password without losing the data.
