I can not download the DDVE (Trial version for Non-Production use)

you mean to say that you don't have proper access to the Dell site and an actual support contract? As nowadays DDVE does not any longer seem to be available as a trial version. For the ones that can access to download the DDVE, they still would be able to deploy it and use its up to 500GB free tier. But as said, would require to have a login account with a Dell support contract linked to it.
