Deleted ost file by mistake
I deleted ost file on my data domain 620 by mistake and now i cannot connect ddboost do my networker. Can I revert ost?

It was /ost catalog in /backup directory ?
Just create a new, empty catalog with name ost.

I did itr allready and it works. But why ost is on /backup path? I created mtree especially forr ddboost storage unit. Why dd create ost folder in /backup but not in ddboost mtree?

/backup is default DDOS mtree. Propably from 5.5 version inside /backup is ost catalog. My practise is to not use /backup mtree.
In my opinion catalog OST is necessery for NetBackup solution. Why Networker could not work without this, I really haven't got any idea

EMC DataDomain is prepared to deliver storage for all backup and archive solutions for ex. (Networker/avamar/NetBackup/Backup Exe ..etc)
