DD9900, EthMa port does not work when SFP RJ45 is connected

DD9900 - HA configuration. EthMa port does not work when SFP to RJ45 is connected. Card - QL41164. DDOS 7.2.0.95. Everything was working properly before. But when I reconnect the SFP port does not work. Different SFPs (compatible) were used. The network card was replaced, but it did not produce any result. At the same time on the other node the port works properly.
