DD System Manager Certificate error - How do you get the mutual trust reestablis

I was just trying to use the certificate that it came with the DD3300, the one the Web browser lets you install. The Dell Data Domain DD3300 had been setup with the host name localhost.OurDomainName.Local and I wanted to change it to DD3300.OurDomainName.Local and was following the guide linked below. I guess I am maybe stuck on this part:

WARNING: Regenerating local CA certificate will invalidate existing trust with external system(s). Secure communication to trusted host(s) will be broken until mutual trust is reestablished.

How do you get the mutual trust reestablished? The localhost.OurDomainName.Local certificate worked with the DD3300 IP address in the URL but not DD3300.OurDomainName.Local and now both do not work.

The certificate from the DD3300 in the browser has the new host name but it is not trusted.
