Data Domain usb image 6.2
anyone know where can i download the usb image. i called support and even then does know where to find after the emc old addresses change to dell.com
i need any 6.2 usb image to make a scratch install on a fully functional dd to expand the disks.

As far as I am aware, the usb media is not regularely downloadable but specifically provided on request through creating a SR.

support in brazil are requesting to first pay to equipament warranty before answer about the file. probably they not know where to find for the files. the equipment is ok and I know how to do the reinstall process. i just need the usb image file from any 6.x version. any help will be appreciated. anyone has any version avaliable that could be put in onedrive or something like that.
