Can I delete perf.xlog from ddvar\log\debug

I am facing space issue in /ddvar, total size of /ddvar is 49.2 GB, I have deleted all support core-dump but still 43GB full, Now I have mapped with CIFS and found a perf.xlog file with 28GB. I am not sure, If I can delete the same. Please advise.
