YCH, poor and unprofessional delivery service, #2

Yes, it is 2025, and the service delivery by YCH is poor. They rescheduled the delivery after I had agreed to the original delivery date. I called Dell customer care, but they transferred my call, and it got disconnected after 5 minutes. Yes, Dell customer care service seems to not care about customers at all after receiving payment.
