XPS 14 9440, two services, replace it

I purchased my Dell XPS 14 9440 in December 2024. So far Best Buy has replaced the touch screen I was having black screen issues. After that I sent it into Dell and they replaced the touch screen and motherboard. Now my XPS 14 9440 is acting up, the ports are not working. The left side ports will not charge. This is uncalled for, Dell support wants it returned again! I want my Dell XPS 14 9440 replaced!!
