XPS 13 9315, motherboard replacement, losing data
I sent my laptop on 5/30 for Express Delivery ($59) and now it is June 3 and I have not heard anything. I just called and they said they sent an SMS over the weekend. I looked at my phone and no SMS text was ever sent. The fan was not working at all and that was the issue. Prior to that a few months back, they replaced the motherboard when I sent it in earlier this year. Now he tells me that it is some relay on the motherboard and I will lose all of my information again plus I am a few weeks outside of the 90 days and I have to pay over $300 again. No grace, no expression of sorry didn't get back to you..nothing.
I have used Dell products for over 25 years and this is the thanks that I get. So frustrated. I'm losing my data again and have to pay again just like I paid a few months ago. Could someone help me? This is unfair and not right on any level. I need to speak with customer service in the USA and even the people in Austin cannot help me find a number for this.
