x14 R1, repair, no resolution from ARS

My out of warranty 2022 Dell Alienware x14 R1 laptop is not working. I submitted it for repair 2 months ago and paid 15k for replacement parts and service. Still the laptop has not been fixed and the ARS agent is asking me to either pay another 30k for the repair or take the dead laptop back. They even said that it is possible the laptop is not fixed with additional 30k and they might need more money.
