Wrong Email on Order & Can't Return Laptop
I recently bought a laptop from Dell, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout. Because of that, I didn’t receive any order confirmation, and the order isn’t showing up in my Dell account.
Now I want to return the laptop because it’s not compatible with our systems. But I’m being told that it was a commercial purchase and is not eligible for return. That wasn’t clear at the time of purchase — I didn’t realize it was considered a business/commercial order.
Here’s what I need help with:
Updating the email on my order so I can access it properly
Processing a return for the laptop
