Worst support ever I faced with Dell

I have Case Number : <Your private information was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>/Service Request: <Your private information was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

When i try to reach them every time they are not able to resolve issue, dell is only money minded. Their latitude technical team is worst.
