Worst customer service ever
been trying to speak to a human regard a warranty repair. I do not have the machine available to go through the support assist. phone process just loops and then hangs up on me. chat kicks me out and tells me to call. worst customer service ever.
addendum: finally got connected and have been on 'hold' for near an hour. they want you to give up, apparently

now on hold for upwards to two hours. so if you don't have the machine in your hands you cannot get it warranty serviced. I guess Dell doesn't know that helpdesks exist or how they work
