Will Never Purchase from Dell Again - Terrible Service

Ordered a new lap top Aug 2nd; order confirmed in my Dell account. Build completed Sept 2, shipping label created, and my Dell account indicates laptop shipped Sept 2nd, my bank was billed for full amt. UPS website indicates never recieved package. Unable to call Dell support directly...have put in 4 support tickets in last 10 days without a response. Will never buy another Dell product again. In the process of getting help from the Better Business Bureau and my bank to have funds returned. What a nightmare!
