Where to find AW920H Headset Service Tag?
Hi,
Where can I find the service tag, serial number or what ever number is needed to apply for warranty for my AW920H Headset?

Based on the online AW920H User's Guide, the AW920H does not have a Service Tag label.
To receive assistance from DELL-Cares support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the DELL-Cares username. Look to the right for, "Send this user a private message".
When purchased directly from Dell, you received a Dell invoice with your private order number and customer number. Our DELL-Cares agents will use those to check and verify the order date and warranty period. They will then troubleshoot the issue with you.
If purchased from reseller, you will need to provide a picture of the reseller invoice showing your private information and the purchase date.

Accessories like that won't have a Service Tag.
If it was bought with a computer in the same order, you will need to provide the computer's Service Tag. If it was bought separately, you will need to provide the order number and a copy of the invoice. Details here:

Thanks Chris, it didn't work for me, the bot only keeped asking me for my Service Tag every time I wrote a message. I managed to contact Dell Support by phone, with the help from a local service store, and they were able to create a new service order to make valid my product's warranty, without a Service Tag, because they weren't able to help me with that too.

Thanks filbert, it didn't work for me, but I manage to contact Dell Support by phone, with the help from a local service store, and they were able to create a new service order to make valid my product's warranty, without a Service Tag, because they weren't able to help me with that too.

Thanks for the update. I have edit my reply to include private message to DELL-Cares. They have the tools to search for a Dell order and customer number. They can also help with retail purchase invoice.

The Bot only asks for my service Tag. even when i try to explain my problem and send the invoice in the same message. This bot helps no one, except the people that got a service tag on their product.

It should not be a "bot" if you send a private message directly to DELL-Cares using my instructions above?
