What built Dell is gone

Communication with Dell has deteriorated to the point that dealing with this company is intolerable.  No call backs, promises unfulfilled, phone automated systems that deadend, chatbots without answers or solutions, no eventual live representative.   Dell now prefers not to deal with real people and live communication.  Executive Escalations clearly say one thing yet when paperwork arrived the solution promised not there.  I am re-thinking the relationship and the all the extra time and frustration dealing with this company.  Never thought I would be saying this I will consider other manufacturers.

what kind of good customer service response is that??! What about I will make sure we keep our promises because you are a long termed valued customer and make sure that you hear back.  So sorry you weren’t answered during OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS and I apologize for that
