Warranty transfer for an exchange monitor

I am in the process of performing an exchange with my aw2725df monitor. When looking at my products on DELLS website, my original monitor has basic support while the new one says "Issue with support services". How does this warranty transfer happen? Does it happen once DELL receives my original monitor?  I have not sent it back yet, but will today. Here is an image
