Warranty start date correction and general cleaning request

I have a Dell G15 5530 laptop. The warranty start date appears in the system as November 29, 2024, but I purchased the device on August 8, 2025. Therefore, I request that the warranty start date be corrected. I have proof of purchase. I would also like to inquire about the "General Cleaning" service:
How long does it take on average?
How much does it cost?

Elimde Dell G15 5530 dizüstü bilgisayarım var. Garanti başlangıç tarihi sistemde 29 Kasım 2024 olarak görünüyor, ancak cihazı ben 8 Ağustos 2025 tarihinde satın aldım.
